DOOR FAST ATEX

Stackable or roll-up rapid door for interior areas with explosive atmosphere.
ATEX doors are designed to install in areas with flammable gases, vapors or combustible dust handling.
It allows to sectorize safety offering a high resistance to air and traffic flowed for goods and persons.
Adapts easily to the required needs, adjusting to the particularities that each client may have.
It acts with different opening systems.
Low maintenance.

  • Self-supporting metal frame:
    • galvanized steel.
    • painted in polyurethane (colour RAL).
  • Backdrop: canvas polyester with viewing windows of high resistance to wear, corrosion and discoloration. Self-extinguishing M2 fire resistance.
  • Reinforcement with cross bars for greater resistance to pressure.
  • Optional: customization of canvas, with colors RAL or screen printing.
  • Optional: Transparent Windows with high frequency welding.
  • Lateral guides with brushes from leaks.
  • Three-phase motor with electric brake of soft stop c/c++ and manual release.
  • Mechanical limit switches integrated in the engine to control the position of the door.
  • Standard speed between 1 and 1.8 m/s.
  • Security systems.
  • Temperature supporting components: T1 to T6.
  • It complies with the ATEX (2014/34/EU).
